According to the monitoring of market prices of 50 kinds of important production raw materials in 9 categories in the national circulation field, the prices of 36 kinds of raw materials increased, 12 kinds decreased and 2 kinds remained unchanged in mid November 2020 compared with the first ten days of November. Such rising trend continues in Dec.2020. Among them, most of chemical basical raw materials are rising fast in price.
As a result, due to the fast rising raw material cost, the price of most of chemical products, food additives, feed additives,pharmaceutical raw materials is rising fast.
What's more, second wave of COVID-19 attacks many countries, a lot of customers worry the ports may be blocked again in near future, then they won't receive cargoes, in order to avoid such potential risk, many customers place the orders in adanve. Demands are amplified in a short period of time, which pushes prices up further.
So we would like to give our customers two advice:
-If you have enough stock, pls wait till end of Feb.2021, after Chinese lunar new year holiday, the price should drop more or less. And the sea freight may also drop a little.
-If you can not wait at all, pls place the orders asap, more earlier, more lower cost.
