In the first quarter, China's total import and export value of goods trade was 8.47 trillion CNY

According to the data released by the China General Administration of customs, the total value of import and export of goods trade in China was 8.47 trillion CNY in the first quarter, an increase of 29.2% over the same period last year. Among them, exports were 4.61 trillion CNY, up 38.7%; imports were 3.86 trillion CNY, up 19.3%. In the first quarter, China's import and export scale not only far exceeded the same period of last year, but also increased by 25.3% and 20.5% respectively compared with the same period in 2018 and 2019.
